Nature of the service

FinScan reads the annual accounts that Belgian companies file with the Central Balance Sheet Office of the National Bank of Belgium, and produces an analysis generated by artificial intelligence. These analyses are for information only: they are neither investment advice, nor a credit rating, nor an accountant's opinion. The limits of the service are set out in the disclaimer.

Intellectual property

The FinScan brand, the site's design, its texts, guides and analyses belong to KERN-IT SRL. The annual accounts themselves are public documents of the National Bank of Belgium: FinScan quotes their amounts without altering them.

Any systematic copying of the site or its analyses (automated extraction, bulk reuse) is forbidden without written consent.

Reporting content

An error in an analysis, a request for correction or removal is reported through the contact form. KERN-IT answers as soon as possible, usually within five working days.
